📋 Description

• Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and baseline metabolic lab markers to determine treatment eligibility • Prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, compounded semaglutide, or other peptide therapies when clinically appropriate • Create individualized dosing and titration schedules • Conduct virtual follow-ups to monitor medication tolerance, weight loss, and metabolic progress • Adjust treatment plans as patient needs evolve • Maintain adherence to state and federal telemedicine regulations, FDA guidelines, and standard prescribing laws

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Medical Degree (MD or DO) • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Obesity Medicine, or a related specialty • Active state medical licenses • Active DEA registration • Clinical experience in weight management, metabolic health, or peptide therapy is highly preferred • Excellent digital bedside manner • Strong written communication skills for asynchronous and message-based patient care
