📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of B2B events conception to completion, including venue selection, budget oversight, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to define event strategies and objectives that align with business goals and audience needs. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and other key stakeholders to maximize participation and support for events. • Partner closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional emails, social media content, and signage, to drive attendance and engagement. • Oversee event registration processes, manage attendee databases, and ensure seamless communication with participants before, during, and after events. • Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality event production, audiovisual services, catering, and other necessary amenities. • Monitor event performance metrics, track expenses, generate post-event reports to evaluate ROI, track attribution, and identify areas for improvement. • Adhere to internal policies and procedures for event management, including maintaining production books, updating Monday.com boards, tracking budgets, and managing Salesforce campaigns. • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative event trends to enhance event experiences and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event planning and management, including hands-on experience managing conferences and tradeshow sponsorships in a B2B or corporate environment. Experience in the employer benefits space or healthcare space preferred. • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Proactive, creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in project management software like Monday.com, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
