📋 Description

• Learn the Ediphi cloud-based estimating and preconstruction platform to guide and support customers • Lead customer implementations from kickoff through successful adoption • Build trusted customer relationships and understand each customer's estimating process • Translate customer workflows into Ediphi • Deliver engaging training and guide customers through change • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and customer expectations • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and long-term customer success • Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Track customer progress, capture feedback, and advocate for product improvements • Partner with the Makers team to test new features and provide product feedback • Travel to customer sites for implementations, training, and industry events, approximately 30%

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related industry role • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain new concepts to a variety of audiences • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing customer needs • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Passion for learning new technology and helping customers adopt new ways of working • Experience training, implementing new software, or working directly with customers is a plus • Applicants must be located in the U.S. or Canada • Applicants must not require visa sponsorship • Resume and cover letter required • Application form asks about current authorization to work in the United States • Application form asks about estimating experience, estimating software experience, training/mentoring/teaching experience, project sizes, and project types
