📋 Description

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day • Use student performance data to personalize instruction and identify learning gaps • Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and maintain accurate records • Build genuine relationships with students and families through professional communication • Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure consistent support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field • Active state teaching license in Alabama, Minnesota, and/or Nevada in CTE-Business Education grades 6-12 • Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings • Comfortable with the unique demands of a live online classroom • Confident and engaging on camera • Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software • Data-informed: ability to read student performance data and adjust live instruction accordingly • Excellent communicator, in writing and verbally
