📋 Description

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day • Use student performance data to personalize instruction and identify learning gaps • Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work • Build genuine relationships with students and families through professional communication • Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure students receive consistent support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field • Active state teaching license in Washington, Michigan, or West Virginia in Health & Physical Education grades 6-12 • Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings • Comfortable with the unique demands of a live online classroom • Confident and engaging on camera • Able to teach live for five (5) or more consecutive hours per day • Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools • Familiar with reading student performance data to adjust instruction • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and self-directed
