📋 Description

• Support the Lead Teacher’s upload of PowerPoint materials and learning objectives before class • Take attendance and set assignment due dates and deadlines • Document changes for NCAA courses • Complete Exit Slip recording forms • Support the Lead Teacher with grading • Provide class coverage when the Lead Teacher is absent • Provide student support during class time • Send correspondence to students and homeschool instructors regarding participation, absences, or incomplete assignments • Obtain feedback from live online class participants via surveys, email, and telephone • Facilitate complaint resolutions • Communicate with families, charter partners, homeschool teachers, and other stakeholders under Team Lead and Learning Ops supervision • Respond to support tickets and inquiries from parents, advisors, sales team, and instructors • Check that live online sessions are recorded • Assist with online tools and live lesson delivery • Manage students during live online classes • Supervise breakout rooms and answer questions in chat • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or West Virginia • Must be over 18 years of age • High school diploma minimum; some college preferred • Some experience working with elementary students • Experience and skill working with Zoom or a similar online meeting platform • Competency with some or all Microsoft Suite products: PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint • Ability to effectively utilize Learning Management Systems and learn Edovate LMS • Reliable laptop or desktop with stable internet service • Distraction-free dedicated workspace • Experience using technology learning tools preferred, such as Classkick, Nearpod, Kahoot!, Blooket, Gimkit, Quizziz, and Padlet • Ability to multitask on split screens or dual monitors • Strong independent work habits and problem-solving skills • Dedication to customer service and program support • Relationship-building and communication skills • Conflict and problem-resolution skills
