📋 Description

• Support the Lead Teacher and students during live online class sessions • Manage online classrooms, including taking attendance, setting assignment due dates, documenting changes for NCAA courses, and completing Exit Slip recording forms • Support grading of student digital submissions • Provide substitute coverage when the Lead Teacher is absent • Provide student support during class time • Send correspondence regarding lack of participation, absences, or incomplete assignments when requested • Obtain feedback from Live Online class participants through surveys, email, and telephone communications • Facilitate complaint resolutions • Communicate with families, charter partners, homeschool teachers, and other stakeholders under Team Lead and Learning Ops supervision • Respond to support tickets and inquiries from parents, advisors, sales team, and instructors • Support uploading PowerPoint learning objectives and lesson materials before class • Record Live Online sessions and verify recordings are completed • Assist with online tools and Live Online lesson delivery using Bridgeway Academy standards and best practices • Supervise breakout rooms and answer questions in Zoom chat • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or West Virginia • Must be over 18 years of age • High school diploma minimum; some college preferred • Some experience working with students • Experience and skill working with Zoom or a similar online meeting platform • Competency with some or all Microsoft Suite products: PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint • Ability to effectively utilize Learning Management Systems, preferably Moodle, and learn Edovate LMS • Experience using technology learning tools preferred, such as Classkick, Nearpod, Kahoot!, Blooket, Gimkit, Quizziz, and Padlet • Reliable laptop or desktop with stable internet service • Distraction-free dedicated workspace • Ability to multitask on split screens or dual monitors • Strong independent work habits and problem-solving skills • Dedication to customer service and program support • Relationship-building and communication skills • Conflict and problem-resolution skills
