• 1-3 anos de experiência em atendimento especializado • Capacidade de lidar com demandas de média e alta complexidade • Experiência em operações em ambientes SaaS, fintech ou serviços financeiros • Foco em qualidade, clareza e cumprimento de SLAs • Capacidade de gerar insights para evolução de processos
