📋 Description

• Ensure all project initiation documentation is accurate and complete • Initiate and configure new projects according to organizational standards • Ensure relevant documents are saved in project folders • Maintain resource allocation and personnel forecast trackers • Generate, review, and adjust invoices based on project progress • Coordinate invoice pre-approvals and client uploads • Prepare and manage client-required invoice documentation • Send invoices and follow up to ensure timely payments • Create and maintain reports on budgets, margins, invoices, and project status • Review aging reports for outstanding receivables • Assist with Change Orders and update systems accurately • Participate in project health and invoicing meetings with Project Managers • Escalate project-related issues to Project Managers • Close projects in systems • Ensure all project-related costs are entered • Archive job folders for approximately 90 days

• Strong analytical and organization skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Great attention to detail • A high aptitude for learning and retaining new knowledge • Strong sense of self-management and independence • Knowledge of project life cycle phases and contract management • Able to work independently and with the team • Eligible to work in the United States • Encompass Services, LLC will not sponsor visa applications for this position
