📋 Description

• Drive value creation across portfolios by shaping and delivering high-impact transformation and turnaround programs. • Focus heavily on Interim Management, placing seasoned executives into underperforming portfolio companies to stabilize operations, restore performance discipline, and accelerate EBITDA and cash improvement. • Diagnose root-cause issues and implement rapid operational and organizational fixes. • Guide companies through critical phases of turnaround, profitability restoration, and exit readiness. • Cultivate trusted relationships with deal teams and C-suite leaders, orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure measurable, sustainable results that enhance enterprise value. • Advance thought leadership, develop the PE practice, and mentor emerging talent across the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred. • 15+ years of executive people leadership, consulting, operational transformation, turnaround, or restructuring experience • Strong manufacturing and industrial operations background • Proven business development and revenue generation capability • Existing private equity and executive relationship network • Deep expertise in private equity portfolio operations • Experience with operational turnarounds and transformations • Must have previous Interim Management practice experience.
