• Autonomously test, analyze, survey, interpret, and report on information/data collected for project assignments • Mentor and provide general guidance to project managers • Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and direct projects within areas of expertise • Interpret field data and laboratory results • Summarize field sample and laboratory results data and write related reports • Review others’ work to ensure it meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual obligations • Meet or exceed productivity levels determined by the manager • Promote EFI Global capabilities and assist with business and marketing development • Complete project tasks according to standard operating procedures and project scope • Advise the supervisor of deviations from standards or assignment scope and recommend actions • Comply with company and OSHA safety programs and use personal protective equipment • Complete project tasks within budgetary schedules and assist with invoicing • Support the organization’s quality programs • Travel as required • Perform other duties as assigned
• Eight (8) years of related and practical work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred • Licenses as required • Extensive knowledge in the area of expertise and related Environmental Services industry principles • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proven management/leadership skills • Ability to create comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, kneel, squat, bend, stoop, and work overhead • Ability to climb and crawl • Continual use of manual dexterity • Ability to travel as required • Compliance with company and OSHA safety programs and use of personal protective equipment
