🎯 Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License preferred. • Prior insurance telesales, final expense, inbound insurance sales, or call-center sales experience strongly preferred. • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and performance-focused role. • Strong communication and rapport-building abilities. • Coachable mindset with willingness to adapt and improve. • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms simultaneously. • Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
