• Neukundenakquise und Begleitung des Vertriebsprozesses • Bestandskunden-Management und Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen • Aktivierung der Mitarbeitenden durch Veranstaltungen und Maßnahmen • Dokumentation im CRM-System (Salesforce) • Einbringung von Optimierungsvorschlägen zur Vertriebsinnovation • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing- und Saleskollegen • Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche 2-3 Tage pro Woche
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb • Erfolgsorientierung und Durchhaltevermögen • Praktische Erfahrung im Sportwesen oder Gesundheitsmanagement • Idealerweise regionale Verbundenheit zu Lüneburg, Celle oder Uelzen • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
