• Originate SBA and related commercial lending opportunities nationwide; achieve/exceed annual production goals. • Build a durable referral ecosystem (brokers, COIs, franchise networks, CPAs, attorneys, bankers). • Develop market penetration plans; run consistent outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events). • Qualify, structure, and package loans; submit complete applications and present to Credit Committee. • Manage risk through strong credit fundamentals (financials, cash flow, collateral, guarantors). • Coordinate approvals → commitments → funding with Operations; ensure a smooth borrower experience. • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and production reporting in Salesforce and bank origination systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years sales experience in financial services with strong SBA production . • Documented $20MM+ annual SBA/CRE/ABL production for each of the past 3 years . • Deep knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 programs (eligibility, structure, underwriting, closing). • Solid credit skills: financial statement analysis, DSCR/cash flow, collateral, guaranty structure. • Proven hunter mentality; consistent new-business generation and B2B relationship management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Active referral network preferred; role is fully remote within the U.S. (no travel required).
