📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual leadership workshops for assigned participant groups • Deliver three (3) 90-minute sessions per cohort • Review facilitator guides, learner materials, and workshop objectives before delivery • Lead breakout rooms, activities, and group discussions • Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment • Adapt delivery style to regional and cultural nuances while maintaining consistency • Coordinate with internal teams around scheduling and logistics • Share delivery feedback and observations post-session when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of facilitation, leadership development, corporate training, or organizational development experience • Strong virtual facilitation skills (Zoom, Teams, or similar) • Experience managing group discussions, breakout sessions, and learner engagement • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience facilitating professional or corporate audiences • Strong organizational and time management skills • Reliable internet and professional virtual setup • Preferred Leadership development facilitation experience • Executive coaching or organizational development background • Experience facilitating across global or multicultural teams • Familiarity with adult learning and experiential learning approaches • Certifications such as ICF, ATD, DiSC, MBTI, Insights, FranklinCovey, etc. • Regional Requirements: Europe Fluent English; Japan Fluent Japanese and/or Mandarin; China Fluent Simplified Chinese; Brazil Fluent Portuguese; Mexico Fluent Spanish
