📋 Description
• On-site field construction manager role • Responsible for actual construction of the project • Safety supervision, quality control/quality assurance supervision • Daily on-site reporting • Environmental compliance inspection • Reports directly to the project manager and Manager of Quality Assurance
🎯 Requirements
• OSHA 30 trained or MSHA equivalent • Minimum 10 years' experience in transmission line or substation construction • Understanding of high and medium voltage electrical transmission/substation/distribution systems • Excellent organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), SharePoint and ftp protocol software • Frequent travel is expected • Successful applicant will be subject to client-mandated drug and background checking • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future
