• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs • Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly and understandably to students, families, teachers, and school staff • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and academic interventions • Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy services to address social-emotional concerns, behavioral challenges, and mental health issues • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff on strategies and interventions supporting students' development • Conduct crisis intervention and support students and families in crisis or emergency situations • Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities related to school climate, positive behavior supports, social-emotional learning, and mental health promotion • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, counseling sessions, consultation meetings, and other relevant documentation
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program • Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting (preferred) • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment measures, testing procedures, and diagnostic criteria • Excellent understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices related to the provision of psychological services in schools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers • Proficiency in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques • Experience in teletherapy or online counseling services (preferred) • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
