📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs • Provide direct therapy services to PreK–12 students in articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills • Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and other educational or related-service team members • Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and promptly • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs • Provide speech and language therapy services remotely through E-Therapy’s technology-driven platform

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist • Certification or proficiency in the target language, such as Spanish or Mandarin • Previous experience working as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational setting • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers • Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation • Experience in teletherapy or online speech-language therapy services preferred • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Occasional ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
