📋 Description

• Build automations for creator discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, payments, and related influencer marketing workflows • Query social platforms and databases for profiles matching brand keywords and follower thresholds • Sync influencer profiles and contact details into the team’s database • Automate welcome packets, brand guidelines, and brief templates • Generate contracts from form data and route them for e-signature • Trigger Slack messages or emails before posting deadlines • Track influencer posts and capture live links through APIs • Aggregate social metrics into a central dashboard • Generate weekly and monthly performance spreadsheets • Calculate cost-per-engagement and conversion rates for campaigns • Route verified creator invoices to finance systems • Send payment status notifications to finance and creators • Build and maintain integrations and webhook triggers across social platforms, CRM, finance, Slack, and e-signature tools • Own reliability through error handling, monitoring, secrets management, and audit trails • Validate and troubleshoot data using SQL and document workflows for maintainability • Partner with influencer/creator, marketing operations, finance, legal, and data/BI teams

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API work • Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems • SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting • Systems thinking with strong attention to reliability, error handling, and clean data • Comfort with secrets management, authentication, and basic security and audit practices • Clear communication and ability to partner with non-technical marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders • Ability to thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and build systems from the ground up • Bonus: experience with influencer/creator marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence, or Aspire • Bonus: experience with TikTok, Instagram/Meta, or YouTube APIs • Bonus: experience with DocuSign and PayPal, Stripe, Bill.com, or similar integrations • Bonus: familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools • Bonus: experience using AI/LLMs to build or accelerate automations • Required application information includes current country of residence, resume, GitHub profile, and LinkedIn profile
