📋 Description

• Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting support • Work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function • Help build audit-ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness • Contribute to the development of the core accounting function across multiple entities and geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP • Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment strongly preferred • Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes • CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification, active or actively in progress • Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is a bonus • Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation is a bonus
