📋 Description

• Own the full People Operations and HRIS surface: talent management (performance, onboarding, L&D, succession, internal mobility), org design, engagement (recognition, enablement, change management), and compensation. • Work closely with People Partners and business leaders to build things that actually work in a high-velocity environment — practical, high-signal, and built to scale. • Design and run the programs that shape how people grow, lead, and perform at ElevenLabs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and running People Ops and HRIS end-to-end — talent management, enablement, compensation, or engagement — in a high-growth environment • Hands-on builder: comfortable going from blank page to shipped program without a large team beneath you • Strong instincts on manager and lead enablement; has seen what works and what doesn't, and builds accordingly • Experience in compensation design and benchmarking, including navigating complex, fast-shifting markets • Operates globally; comfortable working across time zones and geographies
