📋 Description

• Provide strategic insight and leadership into health outcomes evidence needs for Lilly’s portfolio • Use health outcomes disciplines, therapeutic-area disease-state knowledge, drug development and commercialization understanding, and geographic market knowledge • Own and execute research projects • Develop product value propositions, patient-reported outcomes strategies, real-world evidence generation, and differentiation strategies • Drive integration of HEOR from early clinical development through commercialization • Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategies for portfolio compounds • Serve as an HEOR strategic partner on lead/core teams • Formulate and drive Patient Focused Outcome, Real World Evidence, and economic value strategies • Establish HEOR standards across the oncology portfolio • Develop and execute high-impact science across the product lifecycle • Apply technical expertise in statistical analysis, economic modeling, clinical trials, patient-focused outcomes, observational/epidemiologic research, and health technology or value assessment • Apply disease-state knowledge and research methods to registration, pricing, reimbursement, and access issues • Lead evidence planning and implementation with cross-functional teams • Influence business partners on HEOR prioritization, trade-offs, and recommendations • Consult and provide strategic direction on leveraging HEOR across the enterprise • Triage business partner requests • Communicate health outcomes information to internal partners, the scientific community, and customers • Lead research dissemination through abstracts, posters, podium presentations, promotional materials, and manuscripts • Drive application of research results and deliverables • Monitor developments, market needs, trends, and environmental factors affecting health outcomes research • Ensure projects meet timelines, budget, and scope by coordinating with Lilly partners and external collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 3-5 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects OR PharmD/MS degree with 3-5 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects • Strong comprehension and communication skills, including the ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information clearly and concisely • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams • Demonstrated experience setting and leading HEOR strategy across a portfolio or therapeutic area • Demonstrated ability to drive research agendas to completion and dissemination • Ability to think and act globally with a customer focus and a solution orientation • Travel 10–25% domestic and international
