📋 Description

• Participate in the development, conduct, and reporting of corporate/global clinical trials supporting product registration and commercialization • Implement global clinical trials and monitor patient safety, including adverse-event tracking and follow-up • Review protocols, informed consent documents, study reports, publications, labels, regulatory submissions, and other scientific materials • Collaborate on clinical strategy, lifecycle plans, development plans, value propositions, and study protocol design • Support clinical trial design, conduct, reporting, study start-up, investigator selection, and site personnel training • Serve as a scientific resource for clinical operations personnel, investigators, ethical review boards, and study teams • Address scientific information needs of investigators, health care professionals, payers, patients, and other customers • Support data analysis, scientific data dissemination, symposia, advisory boards, congresses, slide sets, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and final reports • Establish and maintain relationships with external experts, thought leaders, professional societies, investigators, and the medical community • Provide medical expertise for regulatory reports, label changes, FDA activities, advisory committees, and risk-management planning • Contribute medical and scientific expertise to commercialization, payer partnership programs, promotional materials, patient journey planning, and brand strategy • Provide scientific training and act as protocol expert and consultant for clinical study teams • Support development budgets, professional development, recruitment, diversity, retention, committees, Six Sigma initiatives, and task forces

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor • Board eligible or certified in the appropriate specialty/subspecialty, or completed comparable post-medical-school clinical training relevant to the country of hiring • US-trained physicians must have achieved board eligibility or certification • Non-US-trained physicians must have completed education and training at a medical school meeting LCME requirements • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in oncology or malignant hematology preferred • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of clinical research and the drug development process • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, teamwork, and negotiation skills • Knowledge of and compliance with applicable local and international regulations, laws, guidance, Good Clinical Practices, company standards, policies, and procedures • Ability to critically evaluate medical literature and stay current with clinical, scientific, competitive-product, and clinical-practice developments • Ability to provide scientific training and serve as a protocol expert for clinical study teams • Ability to collaborate with clinical, regulatory, legal, marketing, patient safety, business, and vendor partners • Ability to maintain current required training and curriculum documentation
