📋 Description

• Guide business, product, and technology teams through ideation for AI and agentic automation opportunities, framing use cases, value hypotheses, feasibility, and implementation approaches • Drive exploration of emerging AI technologies, tools, and patterns across enterprise and product scenarios • Lead experimentation and rapid prototyping to validate ideas, reduce uncertainty, and accelerate learning • Develop proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for AI-enabled workflows, copilots, and agentic automation • Influence enterprise and product AI strategy through experimentation insights, pattern identification, and recommendations • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders on scalable implementation plans and adoption paths • Help define standards, reusable patterns, and guardrails for responsible AI and agentic solution design • Advise internally on AI trends, tradeoffs, and emerging capabilities • Build organizational AI confidence and fluency • Standardize AI tools and approaches across teams while enabling valuable innovation • Contribute thought leadership to Elite’s long-term AI vision • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience • 9+ years of strong experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data platforms, solution architecture, or related technical roles • Demonstrated hands-on work with modern AI technologies • Experience with Generative AI, including large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval patterns, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled workflow automation • Ability to explore new technologies quickly, build prototypes, and turn ambiguous ideas into practical recommendations and next steps • Experience guiding cross-functional teams through technical discovery, use case shaping, experimentation, and early implementation planning • Strong understanding of copilots, multi-step orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation approaches, and human-in-the-loop design • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and strategy through clear communication, technical judgment, and practical insight • Experience balancing innovation with responsible AI, including data governance, security, compliance, and operational practicality • Ability to travel up to 10–25% as business needs require • Sedentary role, primarily desk/computer work • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
