📋 Description

• Develop realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts reflecting actual industry workflows • Create detailed, objective rubrics to assess AI-generated outputs • Review and evaluate AI agent responses using rubrics • Provide structured, actionable feedback • Use Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to design and review tasks • Document assessments and feedback clearly and precisely in written English • Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators on deliverable standards and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields • Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analytical and documentation purposes • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly • Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines • Ability to independently produce objective, structured assessments against well-defined criteria • Experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects is nice to have • Written English proficiency for clear and precise documentation
