📋 Description

• Develop and execute a scalable affiliate/partner strategy aligned with company revenue targets • Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates (agencies, consultants, influencers, technology partners, associations) • Onboard affiliates with clear go-to-market strategies and success plans • Drive active engagement and transaction volume from partners • Maintain consistent communication cadence (check-ins, performance reviews, enablement sessions) • Track affiliate KPIs: pipeline created, deals closed, revenue generated, conversion rates • Analyze performance and identify high-performing vs. underperforming affiliates • Support campaign development (landing pages, outreach sequences, content)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or channel sales • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships or indirect sales • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and conversion strategies • Experience working with CRM and affiliate tracking tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Preferred Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing industries • Familiarity with MSP, cybersecurity, or web/digital agency offerings • Existing network of potential affiliates or partners • Multilingual (English required; French or Italian is a plus)
