📋 Description

• Provide individual and family therapy • Curate personalized treatment plans • Conduct intake assessments for new clients • Complete insurance review notes • Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning • Lead IOP group sessions as needed • Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers • Deliver holistic, patient-centered mental health support in a virtual intensive outpatient program

🎯 Requirements

• Fully clinical licensure in Maryland • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred; provisional licensure may be considered case-by-case • One year of experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities preferred • Two years of experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions preferred • Proficiency in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP • Experience working with adolescents and young adults • Online therapy experience strongly desired • Availability for some group hours Monday through Thursday, 4 to 10 pm EST
