• Lead discovery and requirements discussions with business, Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and customer-facing teams • Translate business needs into functional scope, process flows, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Document business rules, validations, permissions, happy paths, alternate paths, exceptions, and edge cases • Create implementation-ready requirements for enterprise workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and administrative capabilities • Collaborate with teams to prototype and test workflows, identifying usability and design gaps • Recommend human-centered improvements that drive adoption, cross-sell, and upsell • Manage product roadmaps across multiple industrial portfolio companies • Conduct customer, market, competitor, business, and innovation research • Support the development of two-to-five-year product visions and investment priorities • Evaluate initiatives based on customer value, strategic alignment, commercial potential, effort, and risk • Identify gaps between long-term strategy and current roadmap execution • Manage multiple initiatives, products, roadmaps, and business contexts simultaneously • Convert strategic priorities into structured plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and decisions • Coordinate programs across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership • Track actions, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through closure • Drive accountability and ensure initiatives move from discussion to execution • Build and maintain prioritized, development-ready backlogs • Write and refine epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies where required • Ensure Engineering and QA have sufficient clarity before development begins • Resolve scope, design, requirement, and delivery questions with cross-functional teams • Track requirement readiness, delivery progress, QA, UAT, release readiness, risks, and blockers • Monitor roadmap commitments, dependencies, delivery confidence, and expected outcomes • Prepare concise executive updates, roadmap summaries, decision documents, and risk reports • Escalate issues with clear business impact, options, and recommendations • Confirm that delivered capabilities address the intended customer and business problem • Use AI tools to accelerate research, business analysis, specification writing, meeting synthesis, and reporting • Apply AI to identify requirement gaps, missing scenarios, weak acceptance criteria, and delivery risks • Identify practical AI, automation, analytics, and knowledge-management opportunities within industrial products • Support AI-enabled capabilities such as predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, inspection intelligence, and decision support • Ensure AI initiatives are linked to measurable customer value, appropriate controls, and human oversight
• 6–8 years of experience across Business Analysis, Product Manager, Product Ownership, or Product Operations • Strong hands-on experience writing functional requirements, scope documents, specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios • Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured, implementation-ready requirements • Experience managing multiple products, projects, business units, or stakeholder groups • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, QA, UAT, release planning, and software development lifecycles • Strong market, customer, business, and competitor research capabilities • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and drive work to completion • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, diagramming tools, spreadsheets, and roadmap platforms • Ability and willingness to maintain regular working-hours overlap with UK and US-based stakeholders
