📋 Description

• Create and execute project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements • Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operational aspects and project scope • Review team deliverables before passing them to the client • Apply the company methodology and enforce project standards • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures • Minimize project exposure and risk • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately • Track and report team hours and expenses weekly • Analyze project profitability, revenue, and margins • Set and manage client expectations • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel • Communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions • Work closely with customers to ensure business objectives are met • Work independently with cross-functional groups to track and monitor tasks • Facilitate team and client meetings and hold regular project-team status meetings • Communicate relevant project information to superiors • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations • Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner • Mentor team members and support leadership development • Manage team development and align project tasks with corporate objectives • Identify improvement opportunities and make constructive suggestions for change • Manage innovative change effectively • Track lessons learned and share them with team members • Mitigate team conflict and communication problems

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification is required • Bachelor’s Degree • Five or more years of Project Management experience implementing large-scale technical software • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client engagements and project implementation activities • Ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively • Ability to hold regular status meetings with project teams • Ability to communicate relevant project information to superiors • Ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations • Ability to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner • Understanding of communicating difficult or sensitive information tactfully • General understanding of application programming, databases, and system design • Ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions • Thorough understanding of company capabilities • Awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application on client engagements • Leadership, mentoring, team development, and change-management capabilities • Ability to track lessons learned and mitigate team conflict and communication problems
