📋 Description

• Assist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources • Help review and update existing training content for accuracy and consistency • Develop microlearning or Claims IQ-style learning resources • Review, audit, and update the Claims Training SharePoint site • Identify outdated information and recommend improvements to site organization and usability • Participate in project meetings with Claims leaders, subject matter experts, and training team members

🎯 Requirements

• College freshman or above • Minimum 3.0 GPA • Preferred major/area of study: Learning & Development, Education, Art, Graphic Design, Insurance/Risk Management, Human Resources • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or learning management systems • Interest in insurance, training, instructional design, or employee development • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
