📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to our contractors, including assisting customers at the parts counter, preparing quotes, offering technical support, and responding to other customer inquiries. • Process customer orders, including pricing, substitutions (when applicable), and obtaining any additional information. • Maintain relationships with existing customers and build/strengthen customer relationships by assessing their needs and providing value-added solutions. • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt, professional problem resolution. • Support the outside sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Positive attitude and readiness to take initiative • Ability to work well in a team environment • Strong work ethic and a strong commitment to customer service • Strong communication skills and a desire to learn • Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written) • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) • 2 years of experience in a similar role
