📋 Description

• Deliver effective, efficient, and timely facility services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory • Travel in a company van to customer sites to maintain commercial properties • Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems • Troubleshoot and service commercial HVAC systems • Test and analyze equipment data and provide recommendations • Understand control operation and sequence of operation for commercial HVAC systems • Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and other maintenance work • Complete preventative maintenance checks and services on package and split-unit HVAC systems • Repair steam/hot-water boiler systems and diagnose airflow and ducting issues • Use refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA requirements • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and system failures in boilers and HVAC systems • Complete work orders and document services using tablets and smartphones • Create and submit service reports, quality inspection images, and reports • Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase-card logs • Obtain materials and supplies needed for tasks • Build customer satisfaction and maintain communication with customers and internal support teams • Complete safety and compliance training and attend weekly safety meetings • Provide estimates for larger projects and services • Complete service and asset inspections • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred • Certified 2 year HVAC technical certificate or state approved HVAC license • 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience • HVAC experience working on Industrial/commercial type HVAC equipment/systems • Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license in good standing • Must possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration License • Ability to read and comprehend safety policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence • Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations • Ability to use handheld devices and business systems or document management database software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Comply with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety • Maintain knowledge of and comply with OSHA standards and Company safety policies • Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Daily local travel between properties • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally • Required to drive a company vehicle daily • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm in the face of the customer
