📋 Description

• Manage operational aspects of clinical trials from initiation through completion • Oversee sites and CRA performance • Monitor timelines, study metrics, and recruitment performance • Lead investigator and sponsor interactions • Coordinate study teams and cross-functional activities • Support vendor oversight and issue resolution • Ensure compliance with FDA requirements, GCP, and company SOPs • Contribute to project planning and study execution strategies • Build a network of experienced Clinical Leads / Clinical Trial Managers for upcoming opportunities as new studies are awarded

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline • Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead or equivalent • Strong operational knowledge of site management and monitoring • Excellent understanding of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines • Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills • Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred • Willingness to travel when required
