📋 Description

• Oversee major customer relationships and expand strategic partnerships • Develop long-range account strategies to drive sustained revenue growth • Create growth strategies for assigned accounts, targeting year-on-year improvement • Deliver value-added revenue aligned with budget objectives • Create, review, and approve contract and commercial documents and agreements • Execute business development aspects of account plans and advance customer relationships • Develop the sales funnel, execute the sales process, and update funnel activity • Manage opportunities, including opportunity strategies and value propositions • Own pricing, financial approvals, proposal development, and price management • Negotiate ongoing cost adjustments and meet financial and pricing objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years related experience in strategic customer management • Extensive knowledge of production and inventory control, material and capacity requirements planning and master planning • Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution • Experience in manufacturing is required • Experience in contract manufacturing is a plus • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to concentrate in a busy environment and stay on task • Up to 30% domestic travel
