• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years supporting M&A, integration, or complex cross-functional initiatives • 3+ years of information systems experience • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines • Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (project tracking software, status reporting, RAID logs) and established PMO standards • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity for executive audiences • High comfort with ambiguity — able to structure and move work forward even when direction is incomplete • Healthcare industry experience (provider, payer, health services, or health tech) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
