• Coordinate assigned projects from initiation through completion, delivering both on-time and within budget • Be the point of contact and coordinate all departments necessary for the projects • Manage resources with peers and functional managers • Identify and manage project risks and issues • Report on project budgets • Provide frequent project status to management and project teams • Create long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines • Develop and manage Activation and Operations Readiness plans for new hospital openings
• 4+ years required, 6+ years preferred experience as a project manager in healthcare • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required • PMP required • Clinical licensure or relevant clinical credential required (e.g. RN, LVN, ARRT, RRT/CRT, CPhT, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams on complex project completion • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills • Self driven, capable of making informed decisions with minimal guidance • Communicates well both verbally and in written form • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project • Working knowledge of Smartsheet a plus
