• Transform patient experience (PX) data into actionable insights that drive performance across markets and hospitals. • Oversee the full lifecycle of data—including collection, administration, validation, advanced analysis, and reporting. • Ensure integrity, scalability, and reliability of data systems. • Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics at scale. • Manage enterprise PX survey data ecosystem, including survey platforms, databases, workflows, and reporting pipelines. • Design and maintain technical standards, documentation, and compliant data transmission processes to deliver timely, accurate insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Data Science or related field required. • 8-10 years of progressive experience: • Healthcare data analytics and insights (SQL and data extraction from systems, file formatting, SFTP, data modeling, Press Ganey survey platform, strong understanding of EHR Data structure, DRG coding and hospital discharge data structures) • Data engineering, data governance, or data management • Patient experience analytics and survey/regulatory reporting (e.g., HCAHPS, CAHPS, Press Ganey) • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives and cross-functional projects
