📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families ages 4–30 • Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning • Collaborate with the Clinical Director on complex or crisis cases • Complete documentation using built-in AI tools • Customize clinical preferences to match with aligned clients • Manage caseload, client volume, and session cadence • Deliver virtual behavioral therapy for low-acuity conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder

🎯 Requirements

• Active associate license in Illinois (LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCSW-A) • At least 500 supervision hours accumulated • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth • Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families • Experience diagnosing children, adolescents, and/or young adults under supervision • Experience providing 1:1 clinical therapy online • Spanish bilingual is a plus • Malpractice insurance may be required; employer can help obtain it
