📋 Description

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults ages 4–30 • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through a unified digital dashboard • Manage a caseload that fits the clinician’s lifestyle • Focus on low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders • Access Clinical Director support for case consultations and crisis support • Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform for an improved compensation rate

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license in Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software • Spanish fluency is a significant plus • Associates practicing under supervision should apply via the dedicated Intern Application • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week • Must provide 100% telehealth therapy
