📋 Description

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults ages 4–30 • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard • Manage a caseload fitting your lifestyle, with a minimum of 5 hours per week • Specialize in low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders • Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform for an improved compensation rate • Provide high-quality virtual therapy through Emora Health’s therapist-built telehealth platform • Use integrated interactive therapy games, activities, and AI scribe tools to support care and documentation • Access clinical consultation and crisis support from the Clinical Director without mandatory meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license in North Carolina: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software • Experience diagnosing mental conditions and providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults • Experience providing 1:1 clinical therapy online • Associates practicing under supervision should apply via the dedicated Intern Application • Spanish fluency is a significant plus
