📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families • Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning • Collaborate with the Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases • Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools • Customize clinical preferences to match with clients aligned to expertise • Manage caseload and client cadence according to preferences • Work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the option to build up to a full caseload

🎯 Requirements

• Active associate license in Florida (RMHCI, RMFTI, or RCSWI) • At least 500 supervision hours accumulated • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth • Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families • Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment • Spanish bilingual is a plus • Experience providing 1:1 clinical therapy online • Malpractice insurance
