📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families • Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning • Collaborate with the Clinical Director on complex or crisis cases • Complete documentation using built-in AI tools • Customize clinical preferences to match with aligned clients • Manage caseload, including number of clients and session cadence • Provide virtual behavioral therapy for ages 4 through 30, focusing on low-acuity conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and related concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Active associate license in Texas (LMFT, LCSW-A, or LPC-A) • At least 500 supervision hours accumulated • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth • Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions • Experience providing 1:1 clinical therapy online • Malpractice insurance, or ability to obtain it with assistance • Spanish bilingual is a plus • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week • Must be licensed to practice therapy under supervision • 1099 independent contractor arrangement
