📋 Description

• Conduct independent, evidence-based medical reviews and utilization reviews • Review patient records and related documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines • Provide objective, high-quality reports within turnaround timelines • Maintain compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification in Plastic Surgery • Current, unrestricted U.S. state medical license • California licensure preferred • Engaged in clinical practice 20 hours/week or more • Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical examination is preferred but not required • Strong written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly • Comfortable working independently and using online review platforms • 1099 independent contractor status
