📋 Description

• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for operational, analytics, and reporting use cases • Develop dimensional, normalized, and relational models under guidance from senior team members • Translate business and technical requirements into structured data definitions, entities, relationships, and model components • Apply enterprise naming conventions, data standards, and modeling practices • Maintain model documentation, metadata, versioning, and change tracking • Create and maintain entity relationship diagrams, data mappings, model definitions, and supporting documentation • Perform data profiling, validation, and quality reviews • Assist in troubleshooting data structure, lineage, mapping, and integration issues • Support data warehouse development and data integration initiatives across multiple systems • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to clarify data requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • 2 to 4 years of experience in data modeling, database design, analytics engineering, or a related data discipline • Working knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts • Knowledge of dimensional modeling and relational database design principles • Experience using SQL for querying, validation, and data analysis • Experience using data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar platforms • Familiarity with cloud database or warehouse technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redshift, Athena, Snowflake, or similar platforms • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage assigned work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable, including CPT/OPT • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and an adequately equipped home workspace for remote work
