📋 Description

• Oversee the entire RFP process from receipt through submission within established timelines • Compose and edit professional, credible proposal documents • Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop custom responses aligned with strategic proposal objectives • Work closely with subject matter experts • Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings • Lead and contribute to cross-functional, process-enhancement, and special projects • Support primarily above-average and complex projects, plus simpler projects as volume requires • Perform peer reviews for junior proposal team members as needed • Train and mentor junior team members as needed • Maintain the content library by submitting material changes and new Q&A pairings • Update internal tracking systems for real-time reporting • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related discipline • Minimum five to seven years’ experience developing proposals in retirement plan services or professional services environment • High level of experience supporting primarily above average and complex proposal projects • Understanding of investment and retirement terminology desired • Thorough understanding of the proposal development process • Experience coordinating proposal process facets including coordination, subject-expert and project-team interfacing, editing/proofing, production, and quality control • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to think critically and create simple, unified, persuasive output from several resources • Experience mentoring and training others with less tenure or expertise • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with Upland Qvidian or other content management software • APMP Foundation certification preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employer is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa, including CPT/OPT • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a minimally disruptive home workspace required for remote work
