• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions • Evaluate new Workday features and recommend improvements aligned to business needs • Support semi-annual Workday releases, including testing and deployment activities • Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and manage data uploads using EIBs
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 2–4 years of experience working with Workday in an analytical or functional role • Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices • Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance • Strong communication skills and ability to support a range of users • Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, recruiting, or learning • Knowledge of Workday integrations, data flows, and system architecture • Experience configuring Workday security and business processes • Background in building Workday reports and dashboards • Strong organization skills with a focus on continuous improvement and user adoption • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.
