📋 Description

• Oversee management of multiple application modernization projects • Gather requirements • Estimate level of effort • Draft development stories • Facilitate backlog reviews and sprint planning meetings • Coordinate resources • Review QA results • Perform final review • Support mission-critical Army IT services across enterprise data centers and cloud-hosted environments

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years' experience with DevSecOps development strategies • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred; equivalent years of experience managing application development projects will be considered in lieu of a degree • Three or more years' experience with Agile development processes and tools • Three or more years' experience with Quality Assurance (QA) application testing • Three or more years' experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance • Working knowledge of DoD STIGs and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM)
