📋 Description

• Conduct research regarding college admissions as well as high school extracurricular opportunities; presenting personalized findings in a clear and comprehensive manner to each family. • Analyze data from a variety of sources to compile neat, well thought-out advice for each high school family. • Work collaboratively with the Research Manager, Empowerly families and counselors to routinely deliver thorough sets of findings. • Update the team’s collective spreadsheets with each request in order to maintain a collaborative, up-to-date resource for the benefit of the whole team.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with the U.S. education and college admissions system • Excellent command of the English language • Capable of working independently in a virtual environment– including the ability to self-supervise quality and routine 72 hour deadlines • Willingness to take the adequate time (~0.5 - 2.0 hours) to research each family’s request, and, if necessary, think adaptively in order to find and present alternative opportunities • Strong command of G-Suite, or, a willingness to be taught G-Suite so as to be capable of meeting client expectations • Willingness to be responsive via email and Slack
