• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting or business systems experience • Hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills • Experience configuring Salesforce Flows and declarative automation • Experience designing reports and dashboards • Understanding of data modeling within Salesforce • Experience supporting UAT and change management processes • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware platforms) • Experience in multi-department or enterprise environments • Experience with CPQ or additional Salesforce clouds • Knowledge of release management and governance frameworks
