📋 Description

• Implement Enable products within a chosen domain of expertise across multiple customer environments • Implement products addressing client business requirements within the agreed Scope of Work • Plan and execute implementation tasks and drive project milestones through successful completion • Manage customer escalations according to company policies and procedures • Troubleshoot technical implementation issues and coordinate with Enable support teams • Contribute product and solution expertise as a member of Enable project teams • Build knowledge bases covering lessons learned, best practices, tools, methods, and learning events • Coach associate-level consultants on assigned client engagements • Identify customer training gaps and opportunities for product or service expansion • Lead customer meetings and workshops, resolve complex support tasks, and independently triage customer requests

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role in Customer Success or an enterprise software organization • Related product and industry certifications as required (e.g. Oracle, SAP, SQL) • Experience handling large data sets and extracting relevant insights • Maintain granted internal and external technical and professional certifications at the latest appropriate level • Experience with international cross-cultural teams preferred • Fluent written and verbal English required; other languages preferred • Advanced technical knowledge in a chosen domain • Advanced technology troubleshooting skills • Demonstrated project management competence • Ability to manage time and multitask • Willingness to complete ethics, security, compliance, and required training • Some travel may be required, typically up to 20%, occasionally up to 50% or more
